August Employee of the Month

Madison Herrington is Keystone Pointe’s August Employee of the Month! Madison, or “Maddy” as she’s affectionately known, has been a familiar face in our Dietary Department every summer for the past four years. She was nominated by multiple residents and staff members who appreciate her dedication, kindness, and cheerful spirit.



Maddy is currently a student at Oakland University, where she excels both academically and athletically, playing softball for the university. She is pursuing a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and has expressed interest in possibly becoming a Nursing Home Administrator in the future.

When asked why she returns to Keystone Pointe every summer, Maddy shared, “I love the connections I make with our residents. They are so sweet. It means so much to me.”

We are truly grateful for Maddy’s commitment and the positive impact she has on everyone here. Although we’ll miss her after the summer ends, we’re excited to see where her future takes her. Congratulations, Maddy, and thank you for being a part of our Keystone Pointe family!
