January Employee of the Month

At Keystone Pointe, we are incredibly grateful for team members like Katie Stefano, who has been part of our family for five wonderful years. Katie wears many hats, working in maintenance while also assisting in Dietary and Environmental Services. Her hard work, willingness to help others, and easy-going personality have made her a favorite among residents and staff alike. She’s always on the move, making sure everything runs smoothly and lending a hand wherever it’s needed.



Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, whom she married in October 2024, and their beloved dog, Hunter. Together, they share a love for hiking and the great outdoors.

Katie, thank you for your dedication and for making Keystone Pointe a better place every day. We appreciate you!
