Meet our key players at Keystone Pointe! Get to know the faces that care for your loved ones at Keystone Pointe. Carmelita has been a great addition to Keystone Pointe. She is always cheery and genuinely cares for the Residents. It seems like she has been here forever.

Carmelita Rhodes APRN-CNP is a Nurse Practitioner that you will see at Keystone Pointe at least a couple times a week. She works with Dr. Elbadawy. Carmelita is married and has two boys, 10 and 7 years old. She also talks about her dog Max too!

What do you enjoy doing when not working?

I love spending time with my family.

What made you become a Nurse Practitioner?

I wanted to expand my knowledge. I have reached my goal of becoming a nursing home NP!

What makes you laugh the most?

My Husband and Kids!

Favorite TV?

(Don’t laugh) Reality -TV. It is just mindless and no stress! I like competitive shows too.

If you could live anywhere, where would you live?

Alaska- Can’t deny there is a God when you see something that beautiful.

What is favorite thing about career?

I love that I can establish relationships.

If you could eat only one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

TACOS

One thing that can instantly make your day better?

A friendly smile :)

Carmelita is extremely knowledgeable and not intimidating to approach at all. She responds quickly and happy to help in any way. She even handed out Valentines on this past Valentine’s day! Carmelita is a welcomed breath of fresh air!
