Patty Lacko shines as our Employee of the Month, and we couldn't be prouder to have her on our team! As a valued member of our outstanding housekeeping crew, Patty has consistently gone above and beyond to bring smiles to our residents' faces, earning her well-deserved recognition.



Both residents and staff have nominated her for her exceptional dedication and the genuine care she pours into her work, treating Keystone Pointe as if it were her own home. Not only does Patty keep our facilities impeccably clean, but she also adds a special touch by ensuring the East dining room is always beautifully decorated for each holiday, spreading joy throughout our nursing home.

Outside of work, Patty finds joy in spending quality time with her family. Married for 36 years, Patty cherishes moments with her husband, two children, and four grandchildren, often retreating to their camper for family getaways.

Patty's commitment to excellence and her warm, caring nature truly make her an invaluable asset to the Keystone Pointe family. Congratulations, Patty, on this well-deserved honor! Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed.
