September Employee of the Month

Please join us in congratulating Anna Wilson for being Keystone Pointe's September Employee of the Month! Anna currently works second shift laundry and always makes sure our residents have clean and fresh clothes. Anna's star qualities of being friendly, dependable, and always willing to help got her many nominations from residents and staff.

Anna's background wasn't always in laundry; when she first came to our facility, she had worked 30 years in an office setting and then retired. After being on retirement for two years, Anna realized how much she missed working with people, and then she found her way to us. She has been working at Keystone since and loves it! Mostly, she loves interacting with the residents and her co-workers. She also enjoys a friendly work environment and is glad she found that here.



The residents love the time that Anna spends with them, and the special attention that she gives to their laundry. Anna shared that it's very rewarding to spend time talking with the residents and helping them with the little things. A resident who nominated Anna said, "I look forward to seeing Anna. I like hearing about her grandchildren and great-grandkids and telling her about my day. Plus, she makes sure my laundry is done very well!"

When Anna is not working, she spends time with her husband, four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She also has multiple vegetable gardens in the summer to keep her busy. She loves to can the vegetables from her garden and preserve them for another day.
